So today marks the beginning of the 2009 NFL season!
This is one of my favorite days of the year and I'll tell you why. My favorite sport in the world is back, baby! No more boring highlights of baseball games because, come on, nobody REALLY watches baseball anymore.
So in honor of the new season, I want to offer my AFC and NFC champion and Super Bowl predictions:
AFC
New England at San Diego with San Diego prevailing in a high scoring battle.
NFC
Philadelphia at Green Bay with Green Bay winning a close one.
Super Bowl
San Diego vs Green Bay with San Diego smashing the Packers!
I know, you can totally see 
my bias, but it's still fun and I totally stand behind it.
On another sports related note: Congratulations to Parkview Little League for showing the world what Chula Vista is made of and taking the LLWS crown! Although I played for South Bay LL, they made us proud!
NFL Season...Let's Go!!
P.S. The Patriots have the most hideous throwback jerseys, ha ha ha!
