Welcome to the Family!

So I took a month off from blogging for the Olympics, no not really, I was just lazy. Actually, last month was a very busy month as far as my family goes. It seemed that every weekend I was driving down to San Diego for some family event. I had a blast and hope this a trend that continues and that gas prices continue to fall.

The big news is that my brother's baby boy was born last Monday Aug 25th at 4am! So, I just want to say welcome to the family, nephew! His name is Uziel Díaz and I'm told he looks just like his father (I don't see it, but maybe in a few weeks I will). I went down this past weekend to meet him and he's so cool. He's not even phased by all the people in his face taking pictures. I'll post something as soon as I get permission from Israel (my bro) and get a decent picture of my nephew. All the pictures I've received or taken seemed rushed or don't do him justice and how am I going to do my nephew like that? He deserves to have something nice posted, maybe a nice family pic or something.

In other news, The Office Season 4 was released on DVD today and I'm going to have to buy it. Especially when they come in cool gift sets with extras (I'm a total sucker for that stuff). Can't wait for the new season. If you haven't seen this show, where have you been the last few years? I highly recommend it and suggest renting/buying the first 4 seasons to catch up to the new season, you won't be dissapointed. It's also kind of cool that they shoot in a sound stage about 3 miles from my place. Sometimes I drive by there and just look to see if they're filming any exterior scenes. They probably think I'm a stalker...
